Isabel Espinosa Schatz, Esq.

Isa is an attorney at Esperanza Law. She attended Harvard College as an undergraduate, where she graduated with a degree in Social Anthropology. She later obtained an MSc. in Migration Studies at Oxford University.

After seeing the impact of community organizing in college, Isabel’s passion for helping immigrant communities took her to Harvard Law School, where she received a J.D. in 2023. In law school, Isabel  interned at the Harvard Immigrant and Refugee Clinic, the Harvard Crimmigration Clinic, and Centro Legal de la Raza in Oakland, California.

A recent transplant to Connecticut, Isabel served as an Immigrant Justice Corps fellow at Building One Community in Stamford, where she represented unaccompanied children in proceedings in probate and immigration court.
